Litterature, feminism and the modern african woman.

It's been African Week at the Literature House this week. Yesterday we went to listen to author Ama Ata Aidoo read from her books and talk about feminism and the African women today. She's such a lovely and funny woman, it was really interesting to listen to her speak. We really like Aidoo's take on feminism, she said: Feminism = Wishing women well!
